Thank you to Emma @ Word and Peace for hosting this popular challenge. I usually try to do a French dinner if I have time. This year it coincided with the 65th birthday of my husband, Martin. It was a perfect time to invite a few friends for a French celebration. Here is the 6 course menu de degustation that I made. Dinner with nice friends so it turned out to be a lovely evening.
